ARSC Competition - Nov 22, 2009 - Wildwood NJ at the Wildwood Convention Center   $150 a team!

The American Recreation and School Cheer Association, ARSC, has been formed to help with the advancement of cheer and dance across the country. Membership will have its privileges. All programs that are members will have the advantage of coaches programs, rule interpretations and regional and National events only offered to ARSC members.

We offered our first coaches conference in late July 2009, it was attended by many coaches and was well received. This conference will offer coaches certifications, stunt tech classes, fight song, choreography, and so much more. This conference will be a 1 day event and will cover all aspects of what rec and school coaches need to survive their season. ARSC will also be hosting several championship events in the fall of 2009. These events will be set up according to program commitments around the United States. One event that is already in the works will be in the state of New Jersey on November 22nd, 2009 at the Wildwood convention center.  This event will be open to all rec and school programs that are members of ARSC. Non members will not be allowed to participate. There will also be a bi-annual newsletter going out to all coach members filling them in on new techniques, competitions, and ARSC news. There will be no charge for this service, and input on items to be covered will be encouraged. The best part is that there will be a nominal one me annual fee per program. If you join by Dec 31st, 2009 the membership fee is only 100 dollars. Jan 1st to May 31st the fee will be 150 dollars and after June 1st the fee will be 200 per program. The year cycle will be Jan 1st to New Years Eve; one full year and it doesn’t matter if you join in Jan or June every programs  membership is up for renewal on New Year’s Eve.
